Junior Technical Recruiter

FES is headquartered in Philadelphia, PA with branch offices through the U.S. and Canada to ensure a rapid response and face to face contact with our clients and staff.

FES is looking to hire a Junior Recruiter to be based out of our Blue Bell, PA location. Experience recruiting within the telecom industry preferred. Need to have at least 1 to 2 years of recruiting experience.

The recruiter will be responsible for:
Sourcing, identifying and submitting candidates that are a technical match for job openings within our company. Responsible for qualifying required job related skill sets, salary negotiations, initial interview and background/reference checks. Manage our internal candidate database. This position will report to head of recruiting but will also have opportunities for close interaction with project managers and executives of the firm. Proven track record of academic excellence and Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study required.
