An established property management business is seeking a proactive and organised Junior Property Manager to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous property management experience who is looking to develop their career in a supportive, collaborative environment.
The successful candidate will assist with the day-to-day management of a portfolio of residential buildings, ensuring they are well maintained, compliant with relevant regulations, and operating efficiently. The role involves regular communication with leaseholders, directors, contractors and professional advisers, with support available from senior management when required.
Assist in the management of a portfolio of residential properties.
Liaise with contractors, surveyors and other professionals to coordinate maintenance, repairs and improvement works.
Oversee the day-to-day operation of managed properties, responding promptly to issues as they arise.
Issue Section 20 consultation notices prepared by senior management.
Maintain accurate property management records and prepare LPE1 forms for review and issue by senior management.
Carry out routine site inspections approximately every 6–8 weeks.
Minimum of two years' experience in residential property management.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good understanding of leasehold and freehold property management.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
