Weekend Event Crew – 2026 

We’re hiring experience Circuit Managers to support our UK events. 

This is fast-paced, hands-on work. You’ll be part of the team delivering race weekends that feel professional, high energy, and built for the next generation of drivers. 

Operations Management

• Overseeing the day-to-day running of the circuit

• Ensuring race sessions run smoothly and on schedule

• Monitoring track conditions and facility standards

Health & Safety

• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

• Managing incident reporting

• Ensuring karts, barriers, and safety equipment are maintained

Team Leadership

• Managing marshals
