Position Details

Role: Pet Care Attendant (Boarding Kennel Attendant)
Status: Full-time or Part-time
Salary: $15 - $16 per hour
Schedule: 7 am to 7 pm, flexible shifts. Must be available to work most Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays

What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional daily care for boarding and daycare pets
• Supervise playgroups while ensuring the safety of all pets
• Evaluate new boarding pets and assign appropriate playgroups based on temperament, age, and size
• Feed, medicate, and monitor boarding pets according to care instructions
• Clean kennels, runs, cages, and boarding areas while maintaining hospital sanitation standards
• Observe pets for signs of illness or behavioral changes and communicate concerns to the veterinary team
• Support the veterinary staff with patient care and daily hospital operations as needed
• Help create a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for every pet in our care
