Key Responsibilities

• Delegate, train, and monitor associates to ensure smooth store operations
• Open and close the store and complete the daily cash up and the end of day deposits
• Manage sales and returns on a daily basis
• Ensure the highest level of customer service is consistently delivered
• Support team members' personal and professional development

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of retail management experience preferred
• Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently and stand/walk up to 8 hours per shift
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong leadership, communication, math and organizational skills
