Your New Role

Pay Range: $18.00 - $19.37 / hour; based on experience.

Responsibilities:

Our Kids Club Team Members create unforgettable experiences for Chuze members and their children. While guardians enjoy our club facilities, the Kids Club team ensures their children are active, entertained, engaged, and most of all, safe in our care.

• Provide a welcoming experience for every Chuze member, guest, and their children, including sign-ups, checking children in and out, answering phones, and running fun, enriching activities for children


• Uphold a positive, friendly, and caring rapport with children and their guardians, prioritizing safety within the Kids Club and addressing guardian concerns as needed


• Ensure the club looks its best by completing and coordinating daily cleaning tasks to maintain an exceptionally clean and inviting space for members and their children in the Kids Club


• Support a seamless member experience by maintaining knowledge of general front desk operations, including membership offerings, club tours and amenities, and point-of-sale transactions

Your Skills:

Requirements:

• 18+ years of age


• High school graduate or equivalent


• Minimum 1 year of previous childcare experience


• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills over the phone and in person


• Ability to maintain a positive rapport with children


• Team-based mindset with the capacity to receive and deliver feedback


• Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills


• Ability to work varied hours, weekends, and opening/closing shifts regularly or as needed

Preferences:

• Previous customer service experience


• Bilingual

Physical Abilities:

• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English


• Ability to walk, bend, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive arm and hand movements


• Ability to stand for extended periods


• Ability to operate a telephone, computer, and other standard office equipment


• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds independently and heavier loads with assistance when needed
