The role of the Kidway Director is to ensure that the mission, vision and values of Gateway Church and the Next Gen ministry are carried out with excellence, timeliness and integrity. The Director will lead staff and volunteers to disciple and equip the families of Gateway Church through gospel centered teaching, worship, and intentional investment.
This position is 25 hours/week. Regular hours will be W & H (all day) and Sun (morning). The remaining day may either be M or T, or split between the two.
