This job is responsible for maintaining cleanliness of all food service areas in the Hershey Country Club.

Job Duties (Duties marked with an asterisk are essential functions of this job):

  General cleaning and sanitation of the kitchen 

  
  


• 
  

  Loading and cleaning dish washing machine 

  
  


• 
  

  Cleaning kitchen floors, counter tops, refrigerators, etc. 

  
  


• 
  

  Washing pots and pans, steam kettles, etc. 

  
  


• 
  

  Polishing silver 

  
  


• 
  

  Performing any other duties as assigned. 

  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  

  Must be 18 years of age or older. 

  
  

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• 
  

  Ability to understand instructions, both written and verbal.

  
  

Job Demands:

  Proper footwear must be provided by employee.

  Work area subject to uncomfortable heat.

  This is a part-time year-round position. Must be able to work a flexible schedule. The work schedule may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on operational needs.
