Key Responsibilities:

• Support team members through accountability and quality improvement.
• Provide leadership in truck order and inventory management.
• Collaborate with Operations and Quality Leads to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and daily assessments.
• Maintain a CLEAN, LEAN, and GREEN back of house (BOH).
• Monitor and report relevant scores to improve operational excellence.
