Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily kitchen operations in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant
• Support senior leadership in maintaining operational excellence and service quality
• Coach and develop team members to create a positive and productive work environment
• Open and close shifts, including key holder responsibilities and cash handling
• Ensure immediate, respectful response to guest needs and uphold Chick-fil-A’s core values

Qualifications and Skills

• Positive attitude with a smile and enthusiastic communication
• Strong people skills with a passion for serving team members and guests
• Reliable transportation and ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to manage team member performance and foster a cooperative team environment
• Prior leadership experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• ServSafe Certification is a plus
