What You’ll Do (AKA Your Mission)

As a Hood Exhaust Commercial Cleaning Technician, you’ll be on the front lines of fire prevention:

• Deep clean commercial kitchen hood systems, exhaust fans, ducts, and rooftop units

• Remove grease buildup that can cause dangerous kitchen fires

• Work in restaurants, hotels, schools, and food facilities—after hours when kitchens are closed

• Use professional equipment, tools, and safety gear (we train you!)

• Leave kitchens safer, cleaner, and fully compliant

• Deliver that “wow, that’s CLEAN” moment every shift

What We’re Looking For

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Comfortable with physical work (lifting, climbing ladders, working overhead, lifts)

• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

• Willingness to work night shifts (most jobs happen before business hours)

• Previous cleaning, mechanical, or restaurant experience is a plus—but we’ll train the right person

• Positive attitude and pride in a job done RIGHT

Schedule & Location

• Mostly daytime hours

• One overnight shift per week

• Occasionally working on a Sunday

• Local job sites — no long distance travel
