Schedule and Hours
- Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available
- Monday - Saturday availability
- Daytime, evening, and Saturday availability may be needed

Responsibilities include
- Lead and support kitchen team members during daily operations
- Prepare, assemble, and serve food according to Chick-fil-A standards
- Ensure food quality, accuracy, cleanliness, and speed of service
- Coach team members on procedures, food safety, and kitchen expectations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen environment
- Help manage breaks, positioning, and team communication during shifts
- Support inventory, stocking, product rotation, and waste reduction
- Communicate clearly with restaurant leadership and front-of-house leaders
- Help train new kitchen team members and support their development
- Solve problems quickly and calmly during busy meal periods
- Uphold Chick-fil-A’s culture, values, standards, policies, and dress code
- Support restaurant operations and other duties as assigned
