Cook position plays an important role in this family; you are like grandma; I mean who doesn’t love grandma food? Customers trust and believe that you can make an awesome meal for them that is why we need that you accomplish these responsibilities:

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients (cut meats and vegetables, prepare sauces, toppings, and garnishes).


• Cook meats on the flat top or trompo for tacos and Mexican dishes.


• Assemble tacos, burritos, quesadillas, and other items following standardized recipes and portion sizes.


• Assist with pizza preparation (stretch dough, add sauce, cheese, and toppings).


• Operate pizza oven according to restaurant standards.


• Keep the service line stocked during peak hours.


• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen while following food safety guidelines.


• Work as part of a team to ensure fast, consistent, and high-quality service.


• Perform additional kitchen duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 
  Must be able to read and understand ticket printer.


• 
  Must be able to work long hours on your feet.


• 
  Obtain a Food Handler Certificate.


• 
  Understanding of safe food practices.
