Qualifications

• Meet Chick-fil-A’s standards of ethics, integrity, and character
• Maricopa County Food Handler’s Card
• Pass U.S. Department of Homeland Security E-Verify
• Complete all required onboarding paperwork

Schedule

• Full-time: 40 hours/week (day or night)
• Part-time: 20+ hours/week (day or night)

• Execute Chick-fil-A’s Winning Hearts Everyday strategy
• Maintain operational excellence: speed, accuracy, and cleanliness
• Lead by example, uphold restaurant values, and encourage team success
• Work collaboratively with a focus on quality and efficiency
