As a Shift Leader, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our senior leadership team to ensure operational excellence and provide exceptional service to our guests. You will play a key role in coaching and developing our team members, setting the tone for each shift, and ensuring a smooth running restaurant.

Responsibilities:

• Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
• Providing immediate and respectful response to guests' needs
• Assisting in training of new hires and acting as a role model for our team
• Being a friendly and encouraging team player
• Opening and/or closing shifts as needed
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
• Saturday availability is a requirement

• Prior experience as a shift lead, supervisor, or manager preferred but not required
• Bilingual English/Spanish would be a strong benefit
