Kitchen Team Member (Prep Cook & Line Cook)

Position Overview:

As a Kitchen Team Member, you will play a key role in preparing food items efficiently, accurately, and in line with Dog Haus standards. Additionally, you’ll assist in keeping the kitchen clean and well-organized.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients and menu items according to Dog Haus standard recipes and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including food prep areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Ensure food meets Dog Haus' high standards of quality and presentation.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines (OSHA/HACCP compliance).

• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior experience as a prep cook or line cook preferred, but not required.
• Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/carry up to 40 lbs
• A flexible schedule, filling in as needed to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
• Weekend availability.
