Kitchen Team Member – BiBro (Camarillo Premium Outlets)

BiBro is a fast-growing Mediterranean and Persian fast-food concept serving fresh, halal kabobs made daily. We’re looking for reliable, hardworking team members to join our kitchen and help deliver high-quality food in a fast-paced environment.

Position Overview:

As a Kitchen Team Member, you will be responsible for preparing food, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring every order meets BiBro’s standards of freshness and quality.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook kabobs, rice, and sides according to BiBro standards

Handle food prep including cutting, marinating, and portioning

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times

Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

Work efficiently during busy hours and support team members

Restock ingredients and monitor inventory levels

Requirements:

Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Strong work ethic and reliability

Team player with a positive attitude

Attention to detail and cleanliness

Ability to stand for long hours and handle physical tasks

Preferred (Not Required):

Previous kitchen or restaurant experience

Spanish speaking is a plus

What We Offer:

Pay starting at $20 per hour
