Responsibilities include
- Prepare, assemble, and serve food according to Chick-fil-A standards
- Work with urgency to support fast and accurate order fulfillment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen environment
- Follow recipes, procedures, and food safety guidelines with excellence
- Stock, rotate, and organize food products and supplies
- Communicate clearly with kitchen and front-of-house team members
- Support lunch, dinner, and high-volume meal periods with focus and energy
- Use kitchen equipment safely and properly
- Complete cleaning tasks and closing or opening duties as assigned
- Uphold Chick-fil-A’s culture, values, standards, policies, and dress code
- Support restaurant operations and other duties as assigned
