If you work in our Kitchen, you will:

• If you picked to be a Grill Cook you'll prepare perfectly cooked Culver's Famous ButterBurgers
• If you become a Kitchen Fryer you'll prepare hot and fresh Culver's fried foods.
• If we make you a Sandwich and Buns specialist you'll crafts Culver's Burgers, dinners and specialty items

What we are looking for:

• Sense of urgency to handle busy shifts
• Good communication skills
• Ability to be reliable and come to work on time (with a great attitude)
• Honest, friendly, and outgoing personality
• Desire to learn and grow
• Ability to handle a fun, fast-paced job

Physical Abilities

• Constantly stand and/or walk during your shift
• Bend, reach, and carry heavy boxes when needed
