Culver's is seeking highly skilled Back of House Crew Members to join our team. As a member of our back-of-house (BOH) crew, you will work together with a dynamic team to prepare our famous ButterBurgers® and other guest favorites to perfection. Every detail matters in our kitchen, and you will play a crucial role in ensuring that each meal served is a masterpiece.

What you'll do:
- Provide excellent guest service and hospitality
- Help prepare and/or serve great food
- Perform primary and secondary positions in a timely manner
- Learn and follow food safety standards
- Perform any other miscellaneous job duties as assigned
