Team Member Responsibilities:

• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant (care for self, care for others, pursue growth, have fun, bring your best)
• Kitchen (Back of House): Cooking, assembling, and preparing food according to high-quality food safety standards and processes
• Maintaining a clean and pristine work area, including cleaning dining rooms, kitchens, and restrooms
• Ensuring all food stations and inventory are consistently stocked and organized
• Greet guests and fellow team members with a friendly and positive attitude
• Provide exceptional service with a 'My Pleasure' attitude
• Observe and follow all health and sanitation guidelines for a clean and safe restaurant
• Demonstrate knowledge of the brand, products, and promotions
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
