Job Description:

• Oversee daily operations of the laboratory, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and quality standards.
• Manage and mentor laboratory staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Implement and maintain laboratory policies and procedures to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality results.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to support patient care and improve laboratory services.
• Monitor laboratory performance metrics and implement improvements as necessary.
• Manage budgets, staffing, and resource allocation to optimize laboratory effectiveness.
• Stay current with advancements in laboratory technology and best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Business, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory or management experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of laboratory regulations, quality assurance, and safety protocols.
