Job Summary

This position is responsible for working in the Dutchie system to consume inventory digitally and turn it into finished goods. Afterward, this position will print the individual unit labels that will later get applied to the units. This must occur to ensure traceability of every unit that is produced at the operations facility and remain compliant.

Duties and responsibilities or (Essential Functions)

•  Utilize computer systems for the digital consumption of appropriate materials.
•  Record details of the process in excel spreadsheets for traceability.
•   Use the attached printers to print out the individual labels.
• Communicate with Label Production Lead for work assignments.
• Cut labels into strips (when necessary) and keep them organized.
•  Identify and print on approved label templates.
• Accuracy in daily work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED preferred
• Knowledge in basic Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Knowledge in the Dutchie system preferred

Working conditions

• The person in this position may be exposed to dust, kief, cleaning chemicals and fumes. Although systems are in place to remove these byproducts, there is still exposure to some degree. 
• Frequently works in rooms with bright light where eye protection is required. 
• Frequently works in rooms with moderate heat and humidity. 
• The person in this position is constantly exposed to moderate background noise due to environmental systems, equipment and fans. 

Physical requirements

• Prolonged sitting, standing and / or walking motion/movement will be  throughout the shift. 
• Constant movement of hands/fingers and limbs; this position requires good manual dexterity, coordination and stamina. 
• Frequently ascends/descends a ladder to inspect/maintain plants. 
• Occasionally operates power hand tools and other cultivation machinery. 
• Must be able to inspect and detect quality deviations and defects. 
• Occasional lifting, positioning or moving items up to 50 pounds.
