The Opportunity:

We have an immediate opening in our client's Kansas City office for a Labor & Employment Associate with four to seven years of experience preferred. Candidates should have significant litigation experience, including employment cases, with the ability to handle depositions and primarily run cases, with oversight. Experience counseling clients on a full range of employment law issues is a plus. Candidates should have an active Missouri bar license or commit to obtaining one as soon as possible.

The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials, a commitment to the community, superior interpersonal skills and a demonstrated record of working well under pressure. The candidate should demonstrate exceptional judgment, the ability to effectively handle multiple projects, and the ability to articulate legal strategies and courses of action. We look for proactive, dynamic, and entrepreneurial individuals with varied backgrounds, interests, and experience for a diverse candidate pool.
