Compensation

$140,000 – $275,000+

Aligned Talent Acquisition is continually seeking experienced Labor & Employment Associate Attorneys for opportunities with Am Law 100, Am Law 200, regional, and boutique law firms throughout Ohio, including Cleveland, Columbus, Cincinnati, Dayton, and Toledo.

If you have experience representing employers in employment litigation, workplace counseling, or labor matters, I'd love to connect.

Ideal Background

• 2–8 years of labor and employment experience

• Experience representing employers in state and federal employment litigation

• Experience advising clients regarding ADA, FMLA, FLSA, Title VII, ADEA, wage and hour laws, restrictive covenants, and workplace investigations

• Traditional labor experience involving collective bargaining, grievances, or unfair labor practice matters is a plus

• Strong legal writing, analytical, advocacy, and client counseling skills

• Ability to independently manage matters while building trusted client relationships

• Excellent academic credentials

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required

• Ohio bar admission required or ability to become admitted
