An Am Law 100 Law Firm is offering an exciting full-time opportunity for a 3rd to 5th year Associate in the Labor & Employment Practice within our Sacramento office. Job Requirements:

Qualified candidates should possess strong interpersonal, writing, and analytical skills, along with keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to their work and career. Litigation experience is essential, with a background in wage and hour issues considered a plus. The practice encompasses employment class actions and individual litigation, unfair competition, and advising employers on matters such as employment discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, leaves of absence, employee accommodations, personnel policies, wage and hour compliance, and employment agreements, among other labor and employment issues.

Candidates must have strong academic credentials and be a member of the California State Bar.

Our Labor & Employment Group provides strategic legal counsel to national and international corporations on all aspects of the employment relationship. Our trial lawyers are experienced in taking cases to verdict and are frequently engaged in complex, high-stakes litigation, including cases that have reached the U.S. Supreme Court. Our extensive experience in class and collective litigation includes managing over 100 such cases in the last three years.
