What you will be doing:

• Representing employers in state and federal courts, administrative agencies, arbitration and mediation


• Conducting workplace investigations and witness interviews


• Drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, position statements and employment agreements


• Managing discovery, depositions and case strategy


• Advising employers daily on workplace policies, compliance and employee relations


• Building client relationships and developing your own book of business over time

What you need to bring:

• JD from an ABA accredited law school


• Active New York State Bar membership in good standing


• Two to four years of employment defense experience at a law firm


• Courtroom experience representing employers in state and federal courts


• Experience before administrative agencies, mediators or arbitrators

This role is available in New York and Los Angeles.
