What You'll Do:
Manage and oversee daily laboratory operations
Maintain CCRL and AMRL accreditations and prepare for audits
Ensure equipment calibration and laboratory compliance
Perform routine concrete breaks and laboratory testing
Log, process, and track materials and test samples
Perform testing in accordance with ASTM and AASHTO standards
Process and review final test results
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient laboratory
Ensure deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained

Requirements
Qualifications:
3+ years of Special Inspection, Materials Testing, Civil Inspection, or related experience
Proven leadership and supervisory experience
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Experience mentoring and managing staff
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Adobe products
College education
Certifications such as Nuclear Gauge Safety Certification, Aggregate Testing Technician Level I, ACI Concrete Field Technician Grade I, Concrete Strength Testing Technician, Caltrans, or related industry certifications
