Job Description:

Urban Infraconstruction is seeking a Laborer to join our Water Resources Operations Team. As a leader in civil construction, we deliver high-quality underground water, sewer, storm drain, and utility infrastructure that supports growing communities. Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain tools, equipment, materials, and work areas.


• Lift, carry, and handle construction materials, tools, and supplies.


• Perform routine non-machine tasks, including removing forms, filling excavations, placing pipe sections in trenches, and assembling pipe.


• Assist with machine-related tasks such as compacting soil, operating a jackhammer, and supporting pipe fusion activities.


• Follow instructions from supervisors and safely implement construction plans.


• Maintain compliance with all company safety policies and jobsite procedures.


• Work collaboratively with crew members to complete projects efficiently and safely.

Qualifications

• Previous construction or heavy civil experience is preferred but not required.


• Willingness to learn and participate in company-provided training.


• Must successfully pass a Level 2 background clearance.


• Must possess reliable transportation and own a vehicle to travel to assigned jobsites.


• Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions.


• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.


• Flexible schedule and willingness to work overtime or weekends as needed.
