Job Description - Laborers Needed

Duties include but are not limited to the below:

Site preparation:
- Removing debris
- Moving obstacles
Demolition of mobile homes:
- Material handling:
- Loading and unloading building materials
Tool operation:
- Operating hand and power tools
- Familiar with heavy equipment
Clean-up:
- Ensuring the construction site is clean and safe
Safety:
- Following safety guidelines
- Reporting emergencies
Attention to detail a must
Communication skills
Able to work independently, as well as part of a team
Must be able to lift / carry a minimum of 50 lbs.
Other duties and projects as assigned
