Land/Lease Administration Manager

Upstream O&G company seeking a mid-manager to oversee lease administration.

Responsibilities:

• Oversight of tracking, maintaining, & updating oil and gas leases and contracts
• Ensure accurate and timely issuance of lease obligations, including delay rentals, shut-in payments, minimum royalties, and lease extensions
• Manage, train, and mentor a team of lease analysts
• Compliance & auditing

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of oil and gas land administration or lease analysis
• Supervisory or team-lead experience a must
• Proficient in land and accounting software; Excalibur preferred
• Bachelor's highly desirable
