Landscape Maintenance Laborers
Landscape Install Laborers
Drivers must have a legal CA driver's license and clean record. Must have Reliable transportation to and from job or company shop. Must be capable of heavy lifting, climbing hills, working in a fast paced environment, inclement weather, heat etc.
Most important employee traits will be:
- A positive attitude
- Willingness to work as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation to Rancho Cordova shop or job site in area (light rail nearby)
- A Fast-learning curve and retention
- Attention to detail
- Bi-lingual a plus (Spanish- possible extra pay)
- Part time and temp work is available, but we are looking for FULL TIME EMPLOYEES to build a long-term relationship with.
- Pay will depend on experience and the skills that an individual brings to the team.

We are based in Roseville, California with a shop location in Rancho Cordova, California. Serving businesses and residences in all areas of the Interstate 80 and Highway 50 corridors.

Tim first started his company Tim's Lawn Care in 1995. And in 2010, he changed the name to Total Landscape Concepts, to promote TLC's vast variety of services including all phases of landscape maintenance and construction.
Total Landscape Concepts, now has 3 full time maintenance crews, serving both residential and commercial properties. Also, a full landscape construction install crew, an extras crew, irrigation expert, as well as a full spray division offering fertilizing/weed control/disease control/insect control and specialized services for outdoor landscapes.
Tim and his crews have developed knowledge through experience, college courses, apprenticeships, seminars, and trade shows. TLC continues to broaden its knowledge in the latest products and techniques, to help customers build and maintain the yard of their dreams!
