Position Overview:

We're looking for skilled and enthusiastic individuals to join our Landscape Installation team. As a crew member, you'll work with a team dedicated to creating beautiful outdoor spaces, delighting clients, and building long-term relationships. This position offers a competitive starting pay of $15.00 to $20.00 per hour, based on experience, with opportunities for advancement.

Requirements

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Execution of landscape installations according to plans following your team leader’s instruction.
• Regularly care for, clean, and maintain company-provided tools, equipment, and vehicles.
• Keep accurate job time via phone app.
• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Punctuality and a strong work ethic
• Good communication skills & enjoys working as a team
• A good attitude toward your work and teammates.
• Ability to bend/reach, and lift 50+ lbs.
• Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather
• Previous horticulture experience is preferred, but willing to train someone with a desire to learn and grow
• NC driver's license and reliable transportation to work
• Clean background check.
