Every member of our Grounds Maintenance team plays a vital role in delivering the Escondido Experience — ensuring the property remains beautiful, safe, and welcoming for members and guests.

We are seeking a dependable Landscape Laborer to support daily and weekly groundskeeping tasks. This role helps maintain the beauty, safety, and cleanliness of all outdoor areas, including landscaped beds, turf, walkways, parking areas, and facilities.

Position Summary

Responsibilities include mowing, edging, trimming, planting, watering, pruning, mulching, applying fertilizers and pesticides, monitoring irrigation, removing debris, and assisting with greenhouse care. The position requires safe operation of golf carts and other equipment, adherence to PPE and safety standards, and professional communication via handheld radios.

The ideal candidate is reliable, hardworking, able to work outdoors in all weather conditions, and committed to teamwork, safety, and professionalism. Prior landscaping or grounds experience is helpful but not required.
