Landscape Maintenance Crew Member

Landmark Outdoor Services is currently hiring dependable, hardworking Crew Members to join our Landscape & Maintenance teams to keep properties in Tulsa looking clean, safe, and well-kept year-round. Immediate start dates are available for motivated individuals who enjoy working outdoors and being part of a team environment.

Position Overview

Crew Members assist with a variety of commercial landscape maintenance and seasonal services throughout the year, including summer mowing, spring planting, fall leaf cleanup and winter light installation. This is a full-time, year-round position with opportunities to grow based on performance and experience.

What You'll Do:

• Lawn mowing and maintenance


• Weed eating and edging


• Shrub and hedge trimming


• Weeding landscape beds


• Planting flowers and seasonal color


• Leaf removal during fall season


• Landscaping and property cleanup


• Christmas light installation


• Snow and ice management during winter weather

What We're Looking For:

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions


• Ability to walk, bend, lift, and perform physical labor throughout the day


• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance


• Landscape or lawn care experience is a plus, but not required


• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a crew
