Landscape Maintenance Field Manager $23-$26
Locations: Alpharetta, Lawrenceville, Mableton & Holly Springs

For over 30 years, we've partnered with HOAs, senior living communities, corporate campuses, multi-family housing, and commercial properties across Metro Atlanta. We are currently seeking a motivated leader to manage our crews. 

What You'll Do

• Lead, train, and oversee landscape maintenance crews on-site
• Inspect properties to keep them neat, safe, and on schedule
• Operate mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other equipment
• Drive the company vehicle and maintain it properly
• Report daily to Operations Managers on property performance
• Submit timesheets, inspection reports, and daily debriefs

What You Need

• Landscape experience required — this is a must for the role
• 4+ years of grounds maintenance experience
• Experience leading at least 2 people directly
• Skilled with plant ID, pruning, mulching, mowing, and edging
• Comfortable with 2-cycle equipment (chainsaw, brush cutter, shears)
• Valid driver's license, 21 and over required; a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) will be run
• Comfortable working outdoors and lifting up to 50 lbs
