LANDSCAPE MANAGEMENT Staff


Are you experienced in Landscape Management, this may be the place for you to get a solid start toward a future in landscape services. Learn from nearly 30 years of training expereince.


I am seeking an individual with a minimum of 1 year experience in residential landscape management ( Quality traits will outweigh skills) We will be working on various aspects of residential landscape management, from weekly biweekly and monthly care plans to landscape installation.


 


I design and install new landscapes, build patios walls and walkways.                                           Deck installation is a growing segment of what I do and plan to do more of in the future.


 


You must have a valid drivers license, good driving record and able to drive a manual transmission 5 speed.


Do you work well on your own? While you should not expect to be working alone on a regular basis there will be times for you to do so.


This is a long term position for the right individual.

AVAILABLE HOURS / WORK DAYS


IDEAL: 3 to 4 day work week 30 to 40 hours


Start SALARY: for Non Billable Hours and Billable Hours


$10.00 NB - $12.00 BH per hour + Bonus 
BENEFITS: Dental and Vision after 3 months
JOB REVIEW: 2 week / 30 day / 60 day / 6 month & Annual


Flat Rate Option: Begining Wage $11.25 - Benefits and Bonus after 6 months / Job Review: 30 day / 60 day / Annual

Indy Green Works is seeking an individual to help meet the growing customer demand for Professional Landscape Management Service. 


Position: Landscape Mangement Technician-Available no less than 35 hours per week                                                                                                 


Pay Rate: Base pay plus an hourly adjustment increase for increased labor and performance. 


 


Qualified candidate should possess a spirit of creativity with a willingness to share ideas and ask questions.


 Duties:



  • Lawn care

  • Pruning

  • Weed control

  • Mulching

  • Installation of new landscapes

  • Assist in project development

  • Stone and patio work as well as wood projects
