Landscape Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Landscape Field Manager to oversee field operations, project scheduling, quality assurance, and issue resolution for landscape construction projects. The ideal candidate has a strong background in building hardscape features, retaining walls, water features, irrigation systems, and planting installations.

Requirements

• Manage daily field operations to ensure projects stay on
  schedule and meet quality standards.
  
• Coordinate project timelines, workforce assignments, and
  material logistics.
  
• Conduct site inspections to uphold safety, readiness, and
  workmanship quality.
  
• Troubleshoot project challenges, implement solutions, and
  maintain efficiency.
  
• Communicate effectively with crews, clients, and project
  managers to ensure clarity and smooth execution.
  
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus for team inclusivity and communication.
