Location: Northern Baltimore Region
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Shift: 7:30am - finish
Pay: $19/hr

We are seeking a dependable Landscaper to assist with outdoor grounds maintenance and landscaping projects throughout the Northern Baltimore Region. Candidates should enjoy working outdoors, work well with a team, and take pride in maintaining clean, attractive properties.

Employees will meet at 7:30 AM at a location off I-695 between Green Spring Avenue and I-83. The specific meeting location will depend on the jobs scheduled that day.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with mowing, edging, trimming, and general lawn maintenance.

• Weed, mulch, and maintain flower beds and landscaped areas.

• Assist with planting flowers, shrubs, and other greenery.

• Remove leaves, branches, and debris.

• Load, unload, and move landscaping tools and materials.

• Use landscaping tools and equipment safely as directed.

• Follow supervisor instructions and maintain an organized work area.

Qualifications:

• Landscaping or grounds maintenance experience is preferred.

• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• Able to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and moving materials.

• Dependable attendance and punctuality.

• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

• Reliable transportation to the designated morning meeting location.
