Landscaping Foreman

Geometric Landscaping is looking for a Landscaping Foreman to join our team in our Sandpoint location. This person will lead the successful execution of a variety of projects from start to finish.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent time-management and problem-solving abilities who thrives in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver on-time, in-budget projects - Execute projects within the intended scope, timeframe and funds.
• Communicate with clients - Drive contact with clients throughout the project lifecycle to understand/set expectations, establish timelines and grow the relationship.
• Manage resources - Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to identify and allocate the necessary resources for each project.
• Track and communicate progress - Measure performance for presentation to clients and internal leadership.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years experience in foreman management
• Excellent verbal and comprehension skills
• Advanced skillset in time management and task prioritization
• Passion for managing teams and driving results
• Ability to multitask and identify opportunities for process improvement

The person we are looking for must be able to do repetitive work, like teaching and managing a team. We are also looking for a year round Full time foreman to help build the company for the future. 

Geometric Landscape benefits include:

1. Starting Wages - $62,400 to $72,800 dependent on experience and expertise

2. Holiday pay for Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years if they fall on a working day (Monday - Friday).

3. Project Bonus - for each completed project with fulfillment of required parameters

4. Clothing allowance of $150 after successful completion of 30 days hire

4. Retirement benefit with up to a 3% match
