Zaxby's is exploring expanded late-night operations, and we're seeking motivated individuals interested in helping lead our late-night teams.

This is an opportunity for experienced restaurant team members and leaders who enjoy taking ownership, developing people and delivering an outstanding guest experience.

Potential shifts may extend until 3 AM.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support team members throughout the shift
• Maintain excellent food quality, speed of service and guest satisfaction
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness and operational standards are met
• Manage labor and team positioning to support restaurant performance
• Execute closing procedures and maintain restaurant security
• Coach and develop team members to deliver consistent results

What We're Looking For

• Previous restaurant or leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication and decision-making skills
• Dependable attendance and late-night availability
• Ability to lead a team with limited direct supervision
• Willingness to take ownership of restaurant performance
