Now Hiring: Laundry Aide

About the Role:

Join our team as a Laundry Aide, where you’ll carry out daily laundry tasks to ensure residents always have fresh linens and garments, while maintaining high standards of safety and sanitation. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain an adequate supply of laundry and linen in all designated areas to meet residents’ daily needs
• Keep laundry work areas free of hazards such as spills, clutter, or excess equipment
• Collect, sort, and weigh soiled laundry, linens, and garments, placing them in proper containers or areas
• Wash soiled items following established procedures and standards
• Press or iron garments as needed
• Fold, count, stack, hang, and distribute clean laundry and linens to residents daily or as instructed
• Clean and maintain laundry carts, supplies, and equipment as necessary
• Perform other daily laundry duties as assigned
