Laundry Attendant

Starting at $19.00 – $20.50/hour | Part-Time

Join our Laundry team and help ensure a clean, comfortable, and exceptional experience for every guest. As a Laundry Attendant, you play an important role in maintaining the quality and presentation of hotel linens, restaurant and banquet linens, employee uniforms, and other essential laundry items. This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and are committed to upholding high hospitality standards.

What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like:

• Sort, count, and prepare linens, uniforms, and other laundry items for washing
  • Operate commercial washers, dryers, ironers, and folding equipment safely and efficiently
  • Separate and untangle wet linens following wash cycles
  • Load and unload laundry equipment while maintaining quality standards
  • Iron, fold, stack, and organize clean linens and uniforms for distribution and storage
  • Package and store clean linen bundles in designated areas
  • Deliver linens and uniforms to designated hotel departments as needed
  • Perform routine equipment operation and basic operator maintenance, including clearing jams and changing machine settings
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry facility, including sweeping floors and cleaning equipment surfaces
  • Empty and clean dryer lint filters regularly to ensure safe operation
  • Follow all safety procedures and hotel cleanliness standards
  • Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while interacting with team members
  • Support a culture of teamwork and guest satisfaction
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

What You Bring to the Team:

• Previous hotel laundry or hospitality experience preferred
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
  • Ability to follow directions and operate laundry equipment safely

Physical Requirements

Ability to work in a laundry environment with exposure to heat, humidity, and commercial equipment
Ability to lift, push, pull, and move up to 50 lbs frequently throughout the shift
Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, stooping, and repetitive motion throughout shifts
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods
Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed
