About the Role

As a Delivery Driver, you're the face of Hampr to every customer on your route. You'll pick up and deliver laundry and dry cleaning orders across your assigned territory — handling each item with care, representing our brand with professionalism, and making sure every doorstep interaction reinforces the trust our customers place in us. The route is yours, and so is the experience every customer remembers.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up and delivery of laundry orders on assigned route
• Load and unload laundry bags safely and in an organized manner
• Verify all bundles are correctly loaded for your route before departure & laundry return
• Coordinate with the operations team on route changes, delays or customer escalations
• Maintain a clean company vehicle
• Manage route logistics including stop sequencing, time management, and real-time communication of delays or ETAs 
• Other duties as assigned

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• 5+ years of professional delivery or route-driving experience (e.g., last-mile, courier, or route-based delivery)
• Reliable & punctual with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• Professional appearance
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Mature, responsible, and safety-conscious behind the wheel
• Strong people skills with a positive, can-do attitude
• Proficient in English (speaking, reading & writing)

• Professional - Represent Hampr professionally at all times, maintaining a polished appearance and courteous demeanor in every customer-facing interaction
• Attention to detail - You catch mistakes or inaccuracies before it becomes a problem. 

Physical Requirements

• Comfortable standing, walking, and climbing in and out of a delivery vehicle multiple times per day
• Able to lift, carry, and load laundry bags and equipment up to 30 lbs repeatedly throughout a shift 
• Frequently bend, stoop, twist, and reach while loading and unloading
• Ability to work in warm, humid laundry facility environments 
• Able to climb stairs or navigate uneven surfaces at customer locations 
• Capable of maintaining vehicle safety, performing basic equipment checks (tire pressure, fluid levels, lights), and operating a manual or automatic transmission vehicle 
• Able to work in varying weather conditions during pickups and deliveries
