Laundry Processor & Driver (Hybrid)

We are actively hiring for a Part-Time Laundry Processor & Delivery Driver to support our growing operations at Hampr. This position offers approximately 20–25 hours per week.

We are seeking a dependable, hardworking individual who can assist with both laundry processing and delivery responsibilities.

What You'll Do

In the facility

• Sort, wash, dry, fold, and package customer laundry according to order instructions
• Follow quality standards so every order is clean, accurate, and neatly finished
• Operate commercial washers and dryers safely
• Track orders accurately to keep each customer's items together
• Keep the work area clean and organized

On the road

• Pick up and deliver laundry orders to homes and businesses on scheduled routes
• Load and unload orders carefully and confirm every bag reaches the right customer
• Use a mobile app to manage routes and confirm pickups and deliveries
• Give friendly, professional service at every stop
• Follow safe driving practices and keep the vehicle clean

What We Look For

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record, with the ability to meet Hampr's auto insurance requirements
• Ability to reliably commute to our LA facility for scheduled shifts
• Strong attention to detail, so every order is sorted, labeled, matched, and delivered correctly
• Reliable attendance and availability for scheduled shifts or as needed
• Friendly, professional customer service at every stop
• Comfortable using a smartphone and driver app to follow routes and confirm pickups and deliveries
• Flexibility to switch between facility work and driving based on daily needs
• A positive, team-first attitude
• Laundry, warehouse, production, or delivery experience is a plus but not required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs regularly, and up to 70 lbs on occasion (some wet towel bags are heavy. Able to load, unload, and carry bundles and bags
• Ability to stand, bend, and move for an entire facility shift
• Ability to sit for long periods while driving and get in and out of a vehicle many times per shift
• Ability to bend, squat, and reach while loading and unloading washers, dryers, carts, and the vehicle

Compensation

Pay Range: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
