STARTING PAY OF $20 PER HOUR BASED ON EXPERIENCE!

Are you passionate about the outdoors and enjoy working with your hands? Fairway Lawns of Memphis is hiring a Lawn & Pest Care Technician to help us deliver top-notch outdoor services. You will diagnose and resolve a variety of pest, turf, weed, and shrub problems to protect and beautify our customers’ property. Our ideal candidate is someone who has a passion for helping customers, understands the importance of using environmentally responsible treatments, and wants to expand their knowledge in our industry.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver effective pest control and lawn care services to residential and commercial properties.
• Inspect properties to identify pest, turf, weed, or shrub issues and recommend treatment plans.
• Apply pest control and lawn care treatments safely and in compliance with regulations.
• Perform lawn care tasks such as aeration, fertilization, and general property maintenance.
• Operate and maintain tools, equipment, and application systems safely and effectively.
• Ensure properties are clean and well-maintained after each service.
• Work as part of a team and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain equipment and ensure it’s ready for daily use.

• No prior experience required — training provided and fully supported.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Physically fit and capable of performing laborer duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused attitude.
• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.
