Location: Northampton, PA
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday
Position: Full-Time

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Warehouse Lead to join our team! The ideal candidate is a motivated team player who can help oversee daily warehouse operations, keep the team on track, and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support warehouse employees during the shift

• Assign daily tasks and monitor productivity

• Assist with receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory

• Ensure orders are accurate and completed on time

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Train and support new employees

• Communicate effectively with management and team members

• Follow all company safety and warehouse procedures

QualificatioPrevious warehouse experience required

• Leadership or Lead experience preferred

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Good communication and organizational skills

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Ability to lift and move warehouse materials as needed

• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
