Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Appliance Repair Technician

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair a wide variety of home appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, and stoves.
  
• Conduct thorough inspections and troubleshoot appliance malfunctions to identify the root cause of problems.
  
• Provide accurate and timely repair estimates to customers.
  
• Install and replace appliance parts as needed.
  
• Maintain detailed records of all repairs and customer interactions.
  
• Train and mentor junior appliance repair technicians.
  
• Oversee the scheduling and dispatch of appliance repair technicians.
  
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate supply of parts and tools.
  
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  
• Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in appliance repair.
  
• Proven ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of household appliances.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Strong problem -solving and critical thinking skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
