Indicative base salary: $180,000-$210,000

Triangle Workforce is recruiting a hands-on lead developer to build reusable services and integration components for regulated business applications. Design shared frameworks, set coding and design standards, review architecture and security, improve release pipelines and guide other developers. Work with technical and business stakeholders on scope, risks and delivery.

Requirements: 7+ years relevant engineering experience; related technical degree; strong Java and Spring Boot REST services; SQL/NoSQL; messaging, event-driven systems and data modeling; batch/stream processing and multi-system integration. Financial-services experience and trade-lifecycle understanding important. Cloud architecture, data governance, unstructured data and applied language-model tech relevant. Agile leadership and clear communication required.
