Job Description - Lead Business Assistant - Denton County

Hours:

Monday 7:30 -4:00

Tuesday 7:30 -4:00

Wednesday 6:30 -3:00

Thursday 8:30 -5:00

Friday Admin Days

No Weekends

Ideal Candidate:

Looking to hire an experienced individual with knowledge of working AR, posting insurance checks, presenting treatment plans, and maintaining the schedule for production and collections.

Requirements

Experience: 1 -3 years

Software: Dentrix

Basic Skills:

Verify PPO insurance with breakdowns, Enter Insurance Frequencies, Post Patient Payments, Generate/Present Treatment Plans, Maintain Reception Area, Confirmation Calls, Generate and call recall list, Financial Planning (In house/care credit), Scanning Documents, Knowledge of ADA codes, EOD Reports, Call in Prescriptions

Advance Skills:

Post Insurance Payments, Calling on Pending Claims, Submit Insurance Claims, Submit Pre -determinations, Post EOB's, Reading EOB's, Insurance Narratives for Denials, Submit X -Rays to insurance, EOM Reports, Prepare mail/billing statements, Sending PPO Claims
